Y Mind Matters – Practicing Self-Care
Y Mind Matters is a series of 5 webinars that will focus on helping Newcomers improve their mental and physical wellbeing, as well as an opportunity to form connections with other participants.
Through engaging and informative webinars done by experts in the field, as well as interactive activities such as fitness classes, participants will get to learn about ways they can better take care of their overall wellbeing.
Topics that will be covered include mindfulness, physical wellness, networking, self-care, and more!
This webinar will discuss the components of self-care, as well as why it is essential for wellbeing. Special focus will be given to meditation for wellbeing.
