The YMCA Newcomer Information Center (NIC) strives to help every newcomer adapt and integrate into Canadian society smoothly and successfully.

If you are looking for an appointment with us, you can now come to our center for an in-person appointment, or choose to talk to us through a virtual meeting.

Virtual Meeting

Book an appointment to talk to us from anywhere you are! Please have your immigration document at hand for registration.

The meeting will be set via Microsoft Teams (no app install required). Webcam and microphone are required for this meeting.

In-Person Appointment

We have 7 locations across Toronto. Please check the addresses and our working hours, choose the center is most convenient for you. Please remember to bring your immigrant document with you for registration.

Nothing is more important to us than the safety of our visitors, participants, volunteers and staff. We continue to implement safety measures according to local and provincial guidelines and have recently introduced a COVID-19 Vaccination policy that comes into effect as early as September 22, 2021.
