Virtual Meeting
Book an appointment to talk to us from anywhere you are! Please have your immigration document at hand for registration.
The meeting will be set via Microsoft Teams (no app install required). A webcam and microphone are required for this meeting.
In-Person Appointment
We have seven locations across Toronto. Please check the addresses and our working hours, choose the centre that is most convenient for you. Please remember to bring your immigrant document with you for registration.
Our appointments are prioritized to newcomers who are Permanent Residents, Convention Refugees, Refugee Claimants, International Students or Temporary Workers. If you are a Canadian Citizen or a visitor to Canada who needs our services, we strongly recommend you to email us at [email protected].
