Y Mind Matters – Making Connections & Meaningful Friendships
A series of 12 webinars that will focus on helping Newcomers improve their mental and physical wellbeing, as well as form connections with other participants. Through engaging and informative webinars done by experts in the field, as well as interactive activities such as fitness classes, participants will get to learn about ways they can better take care of their overall wellbeing.
Topics that will be covered include mindfulness, physical wellness, networking, self-care, and more!
This event is meant to help newcomers connect to fellow participants, share resources, and form relationships. Additionally, the benefits of volunteerism for creating connections will also be discussed.
