Housing Session: Tenant Rights 101

We are inviting a CICS Housing Support worker to provide an introduction to tenant rights and cover topics including:
– Introduction to the Residential Tenancy Agreement
– Important information around topics such as standard lease agreements, rent increase guidelines, repairs, and eviction
– Introduce the Housing Support Program and available settlement resources
