National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation – Part 2 (ZOOM)

Please join our Guest Speaker from the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation (NCTR) to learn about the history of Indigenous Peoples in Canada.

In this session, participants will learn about the ongoing colonial systems that have impacted Indigenous communities. This will include a look at intergenerational trauma, the Sixties Scoop, Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls, and the other systemic injustices imposed on Indigenous peoples. We will finish by discussing resilience and reconciliation.
