Through practical exercises, participants will learn simple yet powerful strategies to harness the mind-body connection and promote calm and focus in daily life.
Y Mind Matters is a series of 6 webinars that will focus on helping Newcomers improve their mental and physical well-being, as well as an opportunity to form connections with other participants. Through engaging and informative webinars delivered by field experts and through interactive activities, participants will get to learn about ways they can better take care of their overall well-being. Topics that will be covered include mindfulness, physical wellness, networking, self-care, managing anger, and more!
