The YMCA Newcomer Information Centre is hosting a one-of-a-kind program

A series of 12 webinars that will focus on helping Newcomers improve their mental and physical wellbeing, as well as form connections with other participants. Through engaging and informative webinars done by experts in the field, as well as interactive activities such as fitness classes, participants will get to learn about ways they can better take care of their overall wellbeing.

Topics that will be covered include mindfulness, physical wellness, networking, self-care, and more!

CONCLUSION SESSION 

This webinar will act as a goodbye to participants, while also providing them with resources and information they can continue to use during the settlement and integration process.

Certificate of participation will be available to all the YMCA Newcomer Information Centre clients who attend at least 9 sessions.

ELIGIBILITY:

Participants must be permanent residents, temporary foreign workers who have received a work permit, protected persons, and/or individuals with an IRCC landing paper.
