
The YMCA Newcomer Information Centre is hosting a one-of-a-kind program
A series of 5 webinars that will focus on helping Newcomers improve their mental and physical wellbeing, as well as an opportunity to form connections with other participants.
Through engaging and informative webinars done by experts in the field, as well as interactive activities, participants will get to learn about ways they can take care of their overall wellbeing.
Topics that will be covered include mindfulness, physical wellness, networking, self-care, and more!
Eligibility Criteria:
- Participants must be Permanent Residents, Protected Persons, individuals with an IRCC landing paper, or CUAET Pathways
- Be a member of the YMCA Newcomer Information Centre
- Having a minimum of CLB Level 5 is recommended
