Learn all the basics about an employee’s rights as a worker. The workshop will cover employee rights under the Employment Standards Act (ESA) related to being fired or laid off. It will also include information about Employment Insurance (EI) benefits, including who qualifies. The session will also briefly discuss WSIB and Wrongful dismissal.
