AI Fundamentals Training – Part 2 (ZOOM)

The YMCA Newcomer Information Centre is collaborating with Kibbi to offer a FREE two-day AI Fundamentals Training for eligible newcomers. This interactive online workshop, led by experienced professionals, focuses on developing critical and ethical AI skills to enhance employability in today’s evolving workforce.

In part 1, you will learn – AI at Work & Careers:

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) for job readiness

• AI in the workforce (i.e. research)

• Useful tools for everyday work

• Interactive activity and Q&A

Eligibility criteria:
• Newcomers in Ontario with the following immigration statuses:
◦ Permanent Resident under family sponsorship
◦ Convention Refugee/Protected Person
◦ Permanent Residents in the Economic Class who received the Confirmation of Permanent Resident after May 1, 2020
• Be a member of the YMCA Newcomer Information Centre
