This webinar will discuss the components of self-care, as well as why it is essential for well-being. Special focus will be given to meditation for wellbeing.
Y Mind Matters is a series of 6 webinars that will focus on helping Newcomers improve their mental and physical well-being, as well as an opportunity to form connections with other participants. Through engaging and informative webinars delivered by field experts and through interactive activities, participants will get to learn about ways they can better take care of their overall well-being. Topics that will be covered include mindfulness, physical wellness, networking, self-care, managing anger, and more!
