Y Mind Matters – Information/Orientation Session
A series of 12 webinars that will focus on helping Newcomers improve their mental and physical wellbeing, as well as form connections with other participants. Through engaging and informative webinars done by experts in the field, as well as interactive activities such as fitness classes, participants will get to learn about ways they can better take care of their overall wellbeing.
Topics that will be covered include mindfulness, physical wellness, networking, self-care, and more!
The objective of this first session is to welcome participants and acquaint them with the agenda for the program as well as the YMCA Newcomer Information Centre staff.
