A series of 12 webinars that will focus on helping Newcomers improve their mental and physical wellbeing, as well as form connections with other participants. Through engaging and informative webinars done by experts in the field, as well as interactive activities such as fitness classes, participants will get to learn about ways they can better take care of their overall wellbeing.
Topics that will be covered include mindfulness, physical wellness, networking, self-care, and more!
The goal of this eighth webinar is to offer alternative approaches to healing and self-care through art and music so that participants have more ways of supporting their own mental health.
